Barn:

8 stall barn with 12x12 matted stalls and 12 foot matted aisleway with cross ties. The barn features a locked tack room, separate feed room, fly spray system, and a heated wash pit just outside the barn. Stalls have heated water buckets in the winter and fans in the summer. The riding arena is just outside the barn for convenience. Dutch doors in each stall lead out to the pasture and create a bright and airy barn atmosphere.

Riding Arena:

Large riding arena with excellent drainage and sand footing. We are meticulous about dragging the arena and we drag it at least a couple times each week. Currently no jumps set up, but can set them up at your request. If you like to trail ride, there are plenty of trails nearby that you can haul to. There is also space to ride around in the pastures and there are dirt/gravel roads all around the property that you can ride on.

Turn out:

We believe in frequent group turnout, even for the show horses! Most horses are turned out 24/7, stalled only at feeding times and when weather is unfavorable. We can also do nighttime or daytime only turnout if you prefer. There is a private paddock available for layups and we also use it to introduce new members into the small herd. We will spend as long as necessary to safely introduce your horse into the herd.

There are 2 pastures on the property. One is approximately 15 acres and the other is around 10 acres. The main pasture has a huge run-in shelter and there are tons of trimmed loblolly pines for the horses to seek shade under. Outside water troughs are cleaned and filled daily and heated in the winter.
